A booking is binding after confirmation by phone or email from the operator.

Payment is made in cash on arrival unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the planned stay.

For cancellations less than 48 hours before the stay, the operator may charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the stay price.

Guests must follow safety rules and operator instructions.

Smoking is prohibited in sauna and accommodation areas.

Sauna capacity is up to 8 people unless stated otherwise.

Quiet hours apply after 22:00.

Guests are responsible for damage caused to operator property.

The operator is not liable for injury or damage caused by failure to follow safety instructions.

Sauna use is at the guest’s own risk.

Guests with health concerns should consult a doctor before using the sauna.

The operator processes personal data in line with applicable GDPR legislation.

Personal data is used only for booking and guest contact purposes.

Data is not shared with third parties without guest consent.

These terms become valid on the date they are published on the website.

The operator reserves the right to amend these terms.

Guests are informed about the terms during booking.
